Death Wish Coffee Co. (“Death Wish Coffee”) is inviting you for a chance to win our “BACK TO SCHOOL” giveaway, happening Friday, August 2, 2024 through Sunday, August 4, 2024.

To enter this sweepstakes, make any purchase on deathwishcoffee.com between 12 AM EST on Friday, August 2 and 11:59 PM EST on Sunday, August 4. Recurring subscription orders processed during this timeframe also count as forms of entry.

Prizes: Three (3) randomly drawn winners will win a back-to-school setup. This is defined as:

• 50 count single-serve pods of winner’s choice (5 boxes of 10 count single serve pods). Chosen coffee must be single-serve coffee pod products that are currently available for purchase on www.deathwishcoffee.com
• (1) Keurig K-Mini Machine®
• (2) Death Wish Coffee meme mugs
• (1) Death Wish Coffee Klean Kanteen

No purchase necessary to enter to win: You do not need to make a purchase to enter or win this sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility: This contest is only open to legal residents of, and residing in, the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Death Wish Coffee Co. Employees, friends and family members are not eligible to enter.

Selection of Winners: Three (3) winners will be randomly selected on Monday, August 5, 2024. The winners will be contacted by the Death Wish Coffee team to select their coffee choices and to send out prizes.

The retail value of one (1) prize is $200.

Death Wish Coffee reserves the right, to be exercised in Death Wish Coffee’s sole discretion, to reject or disqualify any entries if Death Wish Coffee has reason to believe that they reflect efforts by anyone to unfairly or improperly manipulate the outcome of the contest.

Void Where Prohibited by Law.

Any disputes arising under these Sweepstakes Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without reference to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Sweepstakes Rules must be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

Technical Difficulties/Support: Death Wish Coffee cannot be responsible for entries not received due to technical issues and accepts no responsibility for technical support of any entries.

Death Wish Coffee reserves the right, to be exercised in Death Wish Coffee’s sole discretion, to adjust contest rules without notifying contestants.
