1. Keep-It-Simple-Stupid Protein Shake:
Ingredients:
- 1 stick of DWC Instant Coffee
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein
- 1.5 cups of your preferred milk
Method:
- Put everything into the blender
- Blend it
- CHUG
2. PB&J Protein Shake:
Ingredients:- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 squeeze of honey
- 1 stick of DWC Instant Coffee
- 1.5 cups of your preferred milk
Method:
- Put everything into the blender
- Blend it
- CHUG
3. Berries & Brews Protein Shake:
Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen berries
- ½ banana
- 1 scoop chocolate protein
- 1 stick of DWC Instant Coffee
- 1.5 cups of your preferred milk
Method:
- Add ingredients to blender
- Blend until smooth

4. Creamsicle Protein Shake:
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup orange juice
- ¾ greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 stick of DWC Instant Coffee
- 1 cup of your preferred milk
Method:
- Add in juice and yogurt to blender
- Then add your powdered ingredients, protein & coffee
- Top with milk & blend
5. Protein Coffee:
Ingredients:
- 1 stick of DWC Instant Coffee
- 1 scoop preferred protein
- Milk & sugar to taste
- Hot water
Method:
- Add protein & instant coffee to heat-safe mug
- Add in hot water a little at a time
- Stir as you add until all the protein & instant is dissolve
- Dress with cream & sugar, or make it keto
